Prof. Christian Hasse appointed as Combustion Institute Fellow

The internationally active Combustion Institute recently announced this year's Fellows.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christian Hasse, head of the Department of Simulation of Reactive Thermo-Fluid Systems at TU Darmstadt since 2017, was honored for his excellent scientific contributions in the simulation of multiphase flows, modeling of turbulent combustion processes and soot formation.

This further strengthens the international visibility of the Department of Mechanical Engineering in the research field of clean CO2-neutral and CO2-free energy conversion processes
