Dr.-Ing. Christina Straßacker from the Institute of Technical Thermodynamics (ITT) in Karlsruhe received this year's MegaWATT Award.
Dr.-Ing. Christina Straßacker from the Institute of Technical Thermodynamics (ITT) in Karlsruhe and a research associate in TP B06 of the CRC TRR 150 received the MegaWATT Prize 2021 for her dissertation on reaction-diffusion manifolds for near-wall combustion processes.
The prize is awarded by the Wissenschaftlicher Arbeitskreis Technische Thermodynamik e.V. (WATT) for the best dissertation or postdoctoral thesis in technical thermodynamics of the respective year in German-speaking countries.
