4th International Workshop 2026 on Near-Wall Reactive Flows

The Fourth International Workshop on Near-Wall Reactive Flows will present and discuss current research on turbulent multiphase flows near walls. Contributions on both chemically reactive and non-reactive flows are welcome. Topics include experimental and numerical research on fire safety, flame retardants, boundary layer flows and flames, flame-wall interaction, drop- and spray-wall interaction, film formation and evaporation, and deposition formation in generic and practical applications. Selected contributions will be invited to submit full-length papers for a special issue of the International Journal of Heat and Fluid Flow.

The workshop is organized by the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Center TRR 150, “Turbulent, Chemically Reacting, Multi-Phase Flows Near Walls”.
